limited gym equipment slow rooftop service
I enjoyed the central location and the modern design. I found some aspects disappointing. The gym equipment seemed quite limited for a hotel of this category. It needs updating. the rooftop service proved slow, and the staff looked understaffed during peak hours. Getting a drink took much longer than it should have. Perhaps an additional staff member would improve things.

great location lovely staff clean room spacious room
I always book this hotel. i was like i was home, it is right in plaza españa and walkable from gran via! the staff was quite lovely. i also enjoyed the sky lounge on the rooftop. My evenings were very nice. the room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious.
the swimming pool was a little small and felt a bit cramped with few beds

The room size was excellent. I found the location good. The area is busy and close to shops. Concierge staff were very kind and helpful! Mr Laarbi at reception was very kind, helpful, and professional. The breakfast team was gentle. Housekeeping was also good.
The swimming pool felt too small with limited beds! It wasn't really comfortable.
