limited gym equipment slow rooftop service
I enjoyed the central location and the modern design. I found some aspects disappointing. The gym equipment seemed quite limited for a hotel of this category. It needs updating. the rooftop service proved slow, and the staff looked understaffed during peak hours. Getting a drink took much longer than it should have. Perhaps an additional staff member would improve things.

great location lovely staff clean room spacious room
I always book this hotel. i was like i was home, it is right in plaza españa and walkable from gran via! the staff was quite lovely. i also enjoyed the sky lounge on the rooftop. My evenings were very nice. the room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious.
the swimming pool was a little small and felt a bit cramped with few beds

the hotel features a pool and spa. there is a restaurant named botania within the hotel, i found it really good. the rooftop bar is a must for pre dinner drinks, it had great views.

the front desk services were really good and very helpful. the staff are polite, cute and they couldn't do enough. the reception staff, especially one of the concierges, were very cute! though sometimes it was pretentious

the hotel was gorgeous! the room lighting modes were a cool touch, adaptable to any time or mood. the bathroom was spa-like and spacious, i particularly enjoyed the bathtub. the staff was helpful and kind!

the rooftop pool provided a great oasis! it is the biggest rooftop pool i have ever seen in a city center. the hotel offers free water in the rooms, a really nice perk.

The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions! this meant i could use my time very effectively! the hotel is just steps away from the metro station. Transport was very easy.

excellent room busy area kind staff helpful concierge
The room size was excellent. I found the location good. The area is busy and close to shops. Concierge staff were very kind and helpful! Mr Laarbi at reception was very kind, helpful, and professional. The breakfast team was gentle. Housekeeping was also good.
The swimming pool felt too small with limited beds! It wasn't really comfortable.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, and pastries! Hot dishes were available. Guests could also order off the menu. It offered a variety of options.

The room was clean. It was very well soundproofed. I could fully relax after long days of exploring. The room was also spacious. It featured a modern style, and it was well-designed for comfort.
